State of Economic Affairs
The ongoing global meltdown commenced in 2007 with the US subprime crisis and spread across the world over in the beginning of 2008. India was not untouch by this and we saw a sharp decline in almose everything, SENSEX, Rupee value, inflation touching new heights, lower rate of GDP growth to name a few. The market researchers and economic analysts prdict that this slowdown will continue for another 12-18 months. We can clearly see that tough times are ahead and we may see more bloodshed in capital markets as well as growth projections.
